The QiYi QiYuan S 4x4 is a smooth turning budget 4x4 that is best suited for beginner/intermediate solvers. The QiYuan S is a bit slower than the QiYuan but it does come with beautiful stickerless shades with a very nice texture. The stability is phenomenal and rotations are very smooth which makes this item appealing!
